The Captain’s Quarters are located on the second floor. It has a king bed, en-suite bath, lounging area with TV, small refrigerator, wine cooler, bar sink and coffee maker. It offers stunning views of the Gulf and has direct access to the substantial 2nd floor lounging deck.

The First Mate’s Quarters are also located on the second floor and has a king bed, TV, large en-suite bath, loft area, kitchenette sink and mini fridge. This suite also has amazing views of the Gulf and direct access to the 2nd story lounging deck.

The Crew Quarters is located on the first floor and is perfect for family members who may have trouble climbing stairs. It offers a king bed, walk in closet, TV and en-suite bathroom.

The gourmet kitchen is newly remodeled with high-end appliances, granite and is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal or picnic. The property has a large boat dock area and boatlift and there is lots of outdoor seating. The evenings are quiet and the stargazing is amazing in this area.

This villa is close to everything that Marathon has to offer. It is less than 5 minutes to the Publix grocery store (by bike!), 2.5 miles to the nicest beach in the Keys (Sombrero Beach), and close to scuba, boat charter, bike and paddle board rentals in town. You can snorkel right off the dock with easy access by the attached dock ladder.
